This is the latest thing going around on my new obsession, Facebook...and now spilling onto Redbubble.
I filled out the list and it was surprisingly releasing. Not that the list I made was all that amazing...but it is an amazing feeling to reveal yourself. Maybe this is the way an exhibitionist feels. Maybe the exposing of oneself makes you feel real....or maybe the shocking (perhaps) things you reveal forces people to "see" you. Whatever the psychological reason, it is an almost exhilarating, or cathartic feeling as you sit there, with your finger on the ENTER button. Then you press. It's done. Do you leave it? Or do you hit that DELETE button? I left it... Pieces of my life were now out there for people to see, to evaluate, empathize or condemn....But they were true pieces of my life....things that made up the Ginger that is me.
I highly recommend it....I also recommend reading your friends lists...It is a bonding experience....Does it sound silly? Then pass on....but I found that I drew closer to the people whose list I read....It was as if .....we became more a part of all.
